SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

 
We are committed to employee health, workplace safety and benefits & Welfare.  We fulfill our corporate and social responsibilities, and maintain our social responsibility management system in accordance with international guidelines.  In addition, we adopt the following code of conducts:

 

  1. We don’t use child labours, and we don’t allow, permit or accept any and all our suppliers, contractors or subcontractors to use child labours;
  2. We respect our employees’ rights to freedom, and prohibit any form of forced labours.  We don’t allow, permit or accept any and all of our suppliers, contractors or subcontractor to use any form of forced labours;
  3. We provide safe and healthy workplaces for our employees to ensure their safety and health;
  4. We provide equal and fair workplace for our employees, and we don’t allow, permit and accept any form of discriminations;
  5. We respect our employee’s fundamental human rights, and we prohibit any form of indignity, humiliation or disgrace;
  6. We provide reasonable production plan, works schedule, working hours, breaking time and holidays for our employees;
  7. We provide reasonable compensations, salaries, wages and benefits for our employees to satisfy their basic needs and requirements;
  8. We always improve our policies for social responsibility and our employee’s benefits, health and safety.  We safeguard the rights of our employees, suppliers and relevant stakeholders;
  9. We respect and protect our customer’s intellectual property, and perform our confidentiality obligations;
  10. We participate activities which benefit the public, and we encourage our partners to fulfill our common social responsibilities.
