PURCHASE POLICY

1. We adopt green-product purchase policies, requiring suppliers to meet the requirements for environmental protection, including their manufacturing processes;
2. We purchase materials, supplies and goods that contain no dangerous substances, wastes and toxins, and energy-saving products are preferred;
3. We minimize the use of packaging materials, and recollect them for re-use, when possible;
4. We acts in accordance with international conventions, government regulations and company articles;
5. We establish and maintain positive relationship with our suppliers in good faiths;
6. We are committed to innovation and improvement with our suppliers, and work together to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chains; and
7. We always conduct our business in the way that is honest, fair and moral, and we don’t give gifts to others in order to influence their decision directly or indirectly, neither do we accept improper gifts, including money.
