Strict Quality Control Processes

Incoming inspection (IQC)

All of the incoming materials will be checked prior to use, and different measurements are adopted based on the level of quality assurance of the materials. Whenever abnormality is found, immediate reactions shall be taken, and the material in question will be returned for further inspections and tests.

Process inspection (IPQC)

Inspections are conducted during the production process. The frequency of inspections is based on the workloads of the process, and the findings and data of the inspections are recorded for future reference and tracking.

Product inspection (FQC)

All defects found are recorded in accordance with international standards for inspection, and the level of severity is determined on the basis of number of defects.

Shipment inspection (OQC)

Our trained quality assurance personnel will test the products in accordance with the requirements, including frequency, to ensure the products meet customers’ requirements.
